How can I pay for the videos? We currently accept PayPal, Alipay (CNY), and Crypto (USDT – TRC20). You can choose your preferred method at the checkout page.
What is the exchange rate for Alipay? To make it simple for our customers, we use a fixed exchange rate of $1 USD = 7 CNY.
Can I pay with Credit Card? Yes, you can pay via Credit Card through the PayPal gateway (no PayPal account required).

How will I receive my video? After a successful payment, the download link will be automatically sent to your registered Gmail address.
How long does it take to get the link?
- PayPal/Crypto (Auto): Instant delivery.
- Alipay (Manual): Since we verify payments manually, it may take from 1 to 12 hours depending on the time zone.
Which platforms do you use for storage? We primarily provide links via Google Drive, Mega, Baidu, or TeraBox for your convenience.

What is the quality of the videos? Most of our premium collection is available in Full HD (1080p) or 4K (Ultra HD). Specific details are listed in each product description.
Can I request a custom video? Yes! We accept custom orders. Please contact us directly via email at hehuyk@gmail.com to discuss your ideas and pricing.

The download link is broken. What should I do? Don’t worry! If you encounter any issues with the link, please email us with your Order ID. We will provide a new mirror link within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds? Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been sent. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive the file you paid for.

如果没收到邮件怎么办？ 请先检查您的垃圾邮件箱 (Spam)。如果超过 24 小时未收到，请通过邮件联系我们：hehuyk@gmail.com。
视频无法下载或链接失效怎么办？ 如果链接出现问题，请将您的订单号发送至我们的邮箱，我们将在 24 小时内为您提供新的下载地址。
